Record Decline In Pakistani Exports Compared To Last Year

Compared to the previous year, the report has been released at the beginning of 2021, recording a decline in Pakistan's exports.

According to the report issued in this regard, in January 2021, Pakistan's exports were more than Rs 343 billion, but in January 2020, Pakistan's exports were recorded at more than Rs 378 billion.

According to the statistics agency, exports in January 2021 have recorded a decline of 9.28% as compared to January 2020.  According to the report, exports of cotton cloth declined by 10.80 per cent and carton yarn by 7.20 per cent while exports of basmati rice declined by 20.44 per cent.  In addition, imports in January 2021 increased by 21.12% compared to January last year.
